Dinosaurs Roam Free in the Streets of SoCal

Darren Pearson is a genius. This graphic designer from Los Angeles creates light art - and his current gallery is called Light Fossils. In this series, he brings "prehistoric life to the streets of Southern California" in the form of stunning light paintings. If the purpose of Picture The Dinosaur is to investigate the ever-presence of dinosaurs in today's media, Darren Pearson's work speaks volumes. His talent as an illustrator combines with his skill as a photographer and the endless scope of his vision to produce some of the coolest images of the last 65 million years. Pearson brings dinosaurs to modern-day California, letting them roam free in their strange new environment and lighting the streets bright as day with the imagination of their creator.
